Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

When your booking is confirmed
Your booking is confirmed once payment (by credit card) is completed on the booking page. If payment is not completed, the booking is not confirmed.
Payment
The full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy (all properties)

| 30 to 7 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before check-in | No refund |
| Within 24 hours of booking (only for bookings made at least 7 days before check-in) | Full refund |
Refunds are made to the credit card used for the booking. This policy also applies in cases such as natural disasters. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
