As this is a whole-house rental, guests may use almost the entire property. However, the following areas are strictly off-limits:

① Two rooms labeled “Staff Only” on the 1st and 2nd floors are not available for guest use due to legal regulations.

(These rooms are kept closed in order to comply with legal floor-area requirements.)

② The outdoor area adjacent to the irrigation channel (marked with safety cones) is dangerous and strictly prohibited from entry.

Important Notes

・This property is located in a very quiet residential area. Please strictly refrain from making noise at night, including loud TV, music, or voices. ・We truly want all guests to enjoy this wonderful place and create great memories, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in following all house rules.

Transportation

・From Mt. Fuji Station, it takes more than 30 minutes on foot to reach the property. If you do not have a car, please take a taxi from Mt. Fuji Station. ・During your stay, you can use our free bikes (4 e-bikes + 1 city bikes) — handy for Chureito Pagoda and the town area. ・If you are arriving by car, please note that there is a very narrow road just before reaching the property. Drive carefully and proceed with caution. ・Only one parking space is available. If you plan to arrive with more than one vehicle, please contact us in advance. Additional cars will need to be parked at a nearby paid parking lot, and guests should come to the property using one vehicle. ・If you are visiting from overseas and need assistance arranging a rental car, please feel free to let us know.
