Since this is a whole-house rental, guests can basically use the entire property. However, the boundary area with the adjacent river is dangerous, so entry is prohibited.

Important Notes

・As the surrounding area is a very quiet residential and villa district, making noise at night or watching TV/music at high volume is strictly prohibited. ・Entering private property or parking without permission is strictly prohibited (if it leads to complaints from neighbors, a nuisance fee will be charged). ・BBQ is not allowed. ・There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance. ・Since the property is located in a nature-rich national park area, please be aware that insects may often come inside the house. ・This is truly a wonderful place, and we would like our guests to create the best memories here, so we kindly ask that you strictly follow the rules.

Transportation

・From the inn to Futo Station, it is an uphill walk of more than 17 minutes, so please be aware if you plan to come by train. ・For taxi arrangements, the DiDi app can be used. ・If you are a guest from overseas and need support with rental car arrangements, please let us know.

★Transportation during your stay

①Car: Highly recommended. Rental cars are available at Ito Station and Izu-Kogen Station.

②Taxi: You can arrange taxis using the DiDi app.

　(Please note that reservations cannot be made, and during busy seasons waiting times may be long.)

③Bus: 30 seconds on foot to the Tokai Bus “Nishishita Iriguchi” bus stop.

　(Please note that the number of buses is very limited.)

④Free rental bicycles: 4 electric bicycles (2 with child seats), 3 regular bicycles, and 1 for children.

　* The surrounding area has steep slopes, so cycling can be difficult. 　* However, cycling along the seaside road to Futo Port is very pleasant ☆ 　* At most, Jogasaki Coast is considered within cycling range. ★Parking ・Two free parking spaces are available, about 30 seconds on foot from the inn. 　* Please note that there are stairs along the way. 　* The parking lot faces the prefectural road and is spacious enough to accommodate large vehicles.
