・There is 1 double bed. ・There is 1 desk and chair for work. ・There is no window. ・There is an air conditioner.

④ Bedroom 3

・There is 1 single bed. ・There is 1 desk and chair for work. ・There is no window. ・There is an air conditioner.

⑤ Kids’ Room

・There are picture books and toys for children.

⑥ Kitchen

・Basic cooking utensils, tableware, and seasonings are provided. ・There is a refrigerator (outside the kitchen), microwave, oven toaster, and electric kettle.

⑦ Washroom / Changing Room

・It has an independent washbasin. ・Hair dryer and amenities (toothbrush, cup, earplugs) are provided. ・There is a fully automatic washing machine and a dryer. ・Towels, laundry detergent, and laundry nets are provided.

⑧ Bathroom

・There is a unit bath (with bathtub). ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face wash are provided.

⑨ Facilities for Children

⑩ Parking

・There is a free parking lot a 30-second walk from the accommodation, but it is not exclusive, so it may be full. ・If full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. The parking fee will be covered by us.

Since this is a private rental accommodation, in principle, all rooms inside the property are for the exclusive use of our guests. However, the following areas are off-limits:

① Balcony:

Because there is an emergency ladder and it is dangerous, a chain is set up inside the kids’ room so that the door to the balcony cannot be easily accessed.

② Storage Room:

This is a staff-only storage room and is kept locked at all times.

Possibility of Noise

・Since there is a live house and music studio on the floor below the accommodation, there may be noise from musical performances and rehearsals during your stay. We will share the live schedule as much as possible, but please understand that it may not be complete. (Live performances and rehearsals usually end by 10:00 PM.) On live and rehearsal days, we will offer a special discount. ・As the accommodation is located next to the railway, you may hear train sounds. (We provide earplugs for our guests.)

・There is a free parking lot about a 30-second walk from the accommodation, but as it is not exclusive, it may be full. ・If it is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. The parking fee will be covered by us.

Stairs

Although the building has an elevator, you need to climb about 10 steps of stairs before reaching the elevator.

・Since the upper floors of the building are shared residences, making noise at night and watching TV or listening to music at high volume are strictly prohibited. ・We want all guests to create the best memories here, so we kindly ask that you strictly follow the rules.

Our inn is located on Omotesando and Banba-dori, which leads to Chichibu Shrine.
