・A total of 2 independent washbasins. ・Hair dryer and amenities provided (toothbrush, comb, cotton set, hair tie, cup, earplugs).

⑪ 2F・Changing Room & Shower Booth

・Towels and laundry baskets provided. ・1 shower booth with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and facial wash. ・Curtains for changing are installed at the entrances of both the shower booth and the bathroom.

⑫ Bathroom

・Unit bath with bathtub available. ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and facial wash are provided.

⑬ Facilities for Children

・Futon set for naps. ・1 baby chair. ・Children’s tableware. ・Disposable bibs. ・Baby soap. ・Diaper disposal bags and trash bin. ・Diaper changing sheet. ・Children’s toothbrush. ・Baby gate (in front of 2F stairs). ・Baby locks (Living Room 1, Living Room 2, LDK).

⑭ Parking

・On-site parking for 3–4 cars (free of charge).

As this is a whole-house rental, guests may generally use the entire property. However, the following areas are strictly off-limits: ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー

① The area above the stone wall within the premises is strictly prohibited due to cliffs and serious danger.

② The space between the rooftop wooden deck and the fence is strictly prohibited due to skylights and a water heater, which are very dangerous. (Chains and traffic cones are installed.)

Notes

・As the house is located next to the railway, you may hear train sounds. (Earplugs are provided for guests’ use.) ・There are stairs at the entrance, between 1F⇔2F, and between 2F⇔rooftop. ・As the property is in a nature-rich national park area, insects may occasionally enter.

About BBQ (Trial)

・The BBQ grill is a paid option (JPY 3,000, gas included / up to 2 new gas canisters). As advance preparation is needed, please contact us via message and complete payment at least 3 days before check-in. ・BBQ is allowed only on the veranda of the kitchen-dining room (not on the rooftop or indoors). ・Please prepare your own food and ingredients. ・Out of consideration for the neighbors, BBQ and outdoor spaces may be used until 21:00.

Washing Swimwear and Clothing

If you have worn swimwear, clothing, or other items at the beach, please hand-wash them first in the tub provided and make sure all sand is removed, including from the pockets, before using the washer and dryer. Please note that if the washer or dryer is damaged by sand, repair costs may be charged.

・Since the neighborhood is a very quiet villa area, loud noise at night and watching TV or music at high volume are strictly prohibited. ・This is truly a wonderful place, and we sincerely want guests to create the best memories here. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow the rules.

It is conveniently located an 11-minute walk from Izu Kogen Station.If you have a lot of luggage, there is a taxi stand at Izu Kogen Station, so please come by taxi. There is also free parking for 3-4 cars on the premises. It is about a 15-minute bus ride from Izu Kogen Station to Mt. Omuro and Izu Shaboten Park. You can also get to Jogasaki Coast (Municipal Tozaki Parking) in about 15 minutes by using the rental electric bicycle at Izu Kogen Station. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants within walking distance.
